Calhoun County Transition Council
Community Transition Councils are action-oriented groups with an
identity established by their targeted activities. There are numerous activities
that can become the focus for community transition council committees. The type
and direction of projects and activities should be determined within the local
community in order to obtain outcomes that reflect the community's needs.
